We offer development in two modes - fixed price fixed scope model and retainership model. Both models - end objective is to have a fine understanding of client expectations and deliver top notch quality.
Fixed-price model
- You provide us with an RFP and we respond to it with estimates which might vary by 20-30% up or down.
- Our consultants work with you to clearly lay out the scope of your project.
- Once you agree with the scope, we give you a final pricing, which is agreed upon, is taken as the project cost and we move ahead.
- We keep safetty mechanisms on to avoid any surprises - in case there is a problem on scope, we notify you immediately.
Retainership model
- Staff augmentation: We are in contract with several existing clients, where we provide them with the necessary human resources to enhance their capabilities. We make use of state-of-art project and time management techniques to have a smooth running.
- Maintenance contracts: We have tied up with clients to manage and support their ventures. We have partnerships with contact centers and customer support companies to provide complete service to oour clients
